1. Cash on Delivery — Pakistan
SHE International offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within Pakistan.
To confirm your order, a Rs. 500 advance payment is required.
- The Rs. 500 advance is deducted from your total order amount.
- Standard domestic delivery charges are Rs. 350.
- The remaining balance is collected upon delivery.
- The confirmation advance is not an additional charge on top of your total bill.

2. Confirmation Advance Policy
The Rs. 500 advance confirms your order and contributes toward order processing, packaging, and delivery-related costs.
The advance is non-refundable for customer-requested cancellations and preference-based returns, subject to our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
If SHE International is responsible for a verified incorrect or defective product, or is unable to fulfill an order, applicable refunds and remedies will be provided according to the circumstances and legal requirements.
3. International Orders
SHE International offers international shipping to supported destinations.
International orders require 100% advance payment before dispatch.
The confirmed amount includes the product price and applicable international shipping charges.
- Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
- International shipping charges depend on the destination.
- Payment instructions and the final order amount will be confirmed before payment.
- Order dispatch will take place after the required payment is verified and the order is ready.

4. Payment Verification & Security
For your security, only send payments using the official payment details confirmed by SHE International.
Please follow these precautions:
- Confirm the total bill before sending payment.
- Verify the recipient details provided through our official business channels.
- Retain your transaction receipt or payment reference.
- Share proof of payment through the official support channel when requested.
- Never share banking passwords, PINs, or one-time verification codes.
If you receive suspicious payment instructions, contact our team before transferring money.
5. Order Confirmation
After the required advance payment is received and verified, SHE International will proceed with the order-confirmation process.
Our support team may verify product availability, size, color, delivery address, and other necessary order details.
Customers should review their confirmed order information carefully.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
Refund and exchange eligibility is governed by SHE International's published Return & Refund Policy.
For eligible customer-requested exchanges within Pakistan, a Rs. 350 replacement delivery charge applies. Return courier costs may also be payable by the customer.
If SHE International sends an incorrect or verified defective product due to our mistake, we will arrange the appropriate correction without additional delivery charges for the customer.
