Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with applicable tags and accessories.
Confirmation Advance
The Rs. 500 order-confirmation advance is deducted from your total bill. It is non-refundable for customer-requested cancellations and preference-based returns, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Size & Preference Exchanges
For eligible customer-requested exchanges within Pakistan, a Rs. 350 replacement delivery charge applies. Additional return courier costs may also apply.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If SHE International sends an incorrect or verified defective product due to our mistake, we will arrange an appropriate resolution without charging you additional delivery costs.

If SHE International sends a size different from the one confirmed in your order due to our mistake, we will arrange the appropriate correction without charging additional delivery fees.
